The main task of the Graphic Communicator was to support various media throughout the store, ensuring the creation of consistent visual and commercial content for customers. Initially serving as a specialist and later stepping into the role of Acting Graphic Communication Leader, they coordinated marketing campaigns and designed local graphic assets tailored to specific needs. Their responsibilities included supporting the efforts of interior designers, visual merchandisers, sales, HR, and other departments, all while maintaining a cohesive visual balance across the IKEA store. This comprehensive approach helped enhance the overall shopping experience by delivering engaging and aligned visual communication to customers.
